While earning his Master’s in Education, Jeff dove headfirst into the mortgage world as a full-time Renewal Account Manager at one of Canada’s largest lenders.
There, he helped hundreds of clients navigate the renewal process—learning exactly how the big banks position, upsell, and lock people into less-than-ideal mortgage terms.

Armed with over a decade of industry experience, a growing portfolio of investment properties, and a knack for explaining complex finance in plain English…

Mahyar’s real estate story started over a decade ago on the streets of Burlington, ON, where he built a reputation as a go-to Realtor for high-end homes.

Mahyar wanted to dive deeper into the numbers—the strategy behind the financing.

So he made the leap into mortgages.

Starting as a Renewal Account Manager in Kitchener, he quickly realized helping clients navigate mortgage terms, rates, and renewal traps was where he truly thrived.

Fueled by an entrepreneurial drive, Mahyar then stepped into the role of Mobile Mortgage Specialist…
And finally, co-founded VeloMortgage.ca alongside Jeff.

Before joining VeloMortgage.ca, Danielle spent over a decade in IT and Investor Relations for one of Canada’s largest mortgage lenders—so she knows both the technical side of systems… and how to communicate clearly when the financial world gets confusing.

She’s also bilingual (French & English), making her a huge asset for our diverse client base.
